Returns & Refunds

I take great care in packaging and shipping your art, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because most items are one-of-a-kind or made-to-order, all sales are final, with the exception of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.

Please include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue so I can make it right.

If a return is approved, I’ll either issue a full refund or send a replacement (when possible), and I’ll walk you through the next steps.

Shipping Returns

If you're asked to return an item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was mine.

Returns must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

I recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method — I can’t guarantee I’ll receive the return otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • Original artwork

  • Made-to-order prints

  • Sale or discounted items

Shipping Timeline

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Original artwork is shipped from Ontario, Canada.

  • Prints may ship separately and may take a few extra days if made-to-order through a print partner.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
